20.07 2011 | Dear customers we would like to present news from the Fluke Networks companyThe first new feature is a unique portable OptiView XG analyzer designed for LAN and WLAN analysis. It excels especially in crisis situations in 1G, 10G and 802.11 a/b/g/n networks. It is able to detect network problems, view their possible causes and propose recommended solutions for their removal. Among his major advantages include automatic detection and identification up to 30,000 devices and access points in the network, the detection of L2-L7 protocols on the network. OptiView XG support IPv6, VLAN and QoS. It also boasts a 26 cm LCD touch screen with LED backlight and two hot swappable batteries with three hours operating time.

The new version has the Network Time Machine (NTM). This device is designed for a complete diagnostics of the Ethernet networks. This solution allows you to capture and store all data, also provide monitoring, inspection and packet analysis. It is able to capture traffic at both 1G and 10G interfaces. A novelty is the Performance Bottleneck Analysis (PBA) with which we can determine the time to spend a stream on the server side, the network and client side. With this analysis we can then find out which parts leads to undesirable delays. NTM capacity can be extended via extrenal storage array up to 60TB for 1G and 18TB for 10G. Part of the NTM is also award-winning ClearSight Analyzer.
